Feeding Program Policy
1. Purpose
The Feeding Program of My Ministry Inc. aims to address hunger and malnutrition among children and vulnerable individuals while demonstrating compassion, care, and community support aligned with the ministry’s mission.
2. Objectives
Provide nutritious meals to underserved children and families
Improve health and well-being of beneficiaries

3. Target Beneficiaries

4. Program Schedule
Feeding sessions will be conducted once a week and Each session will last 2-3 hrs.

8. Health and Safety Protocols
Ensure proper handwashing before and after meals
Use clean utensils and safe cooking practices
Monitor children for allergies or health concerns
Maintain a safe and orderly environment
Follow local health advisories when necessary
9. Monitoring and Evaluation
Track attendance and number of beneficiaries
Conduct periodic weight/health checks (if applicable)
Evaluate program impact and effectiveness
Submit regular reports to ministry leadership

11. Funding and Donations

Behavior disrupts program operations
