1. Purpose

The Bible School and College Scholarship Programs of My Ministry Inc. exists to support deserving students in pursuing higher education while encouraging spiritual growth, leadership, and service to the community.

2. Objectives

Provide financial assistance to qualified students with limited resources

Encourage academic excellence and integrity

Develop future leaders grounded in faith and service

Support students aligned with the ministry’s mission and values

3. Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

Be a high school graduate or currently enrolled college student

Demonstrate financial need

Maintain a minimum GPA of 85% or equivalent

Be of good moral character

Be actively involved (or willing to be involved) in ministry activities

Submit complete application requirements on time

4. Application Requirements

Applicants must submit:

Completed application form

Academic records (report card/transcript)

Proof of income or financial status

Recommendation letter (pastor, teacher, or community leader)

Personal essay (faith, goals, and purpose)

Interview 

5. Selection Process

Initial screening of documents

Evaluation based on:

Academic performance

Financial need

Character and leadership potential

Ministry involvement

Final interview (optional)

Approval by Scholarship Committee

6. Scholarship Coverage

The scholarship may include:

Full or partial tuition fees

Monthly allowance

Book or school supplies assistance

7. Scholar Responsibilities

Scholars must:

Maintain required academic performance (e.g., GPA of 85% or higher)

Attend required ministry activities and events

Submit grades every semester

Uphold good moral and ethical conduct

Participate in outreach or volunteer programs

8. Grounds for Suspension or Termination

Scholarship may be suspended or revoked if:

Failure to meet academic requirements

Misconduct or violation of ministry values

Providing false information

Not participation in required ministry activities

Dropping out without valid reason

9. Renewal Policy

Scholarship is renewable every semester/year

Subject to performance evaluation and compliance with all requirements

10. Scholarship Committee

The program will be managed by a Scholarship Committee responsible for:

Reviewing applications

Monitoring scholar performance

Ensuring fairness and transparency

Approving renewals and terminations
